Online Desk: A Dhaka-bound cattle special train again derailed in Baghmara area of Mymensingh rail station at 8am on Sunday.

At 12midnight on Saturday, the same train derailed at the same place, said the rail station SI Md Shajahan  He said a cattle-laden train from Dewanganj upazila in Jamalpur has started for Dhaka on Saturday. But at 12am, the train derailed in Baghmara area. Later, rescue team brought it to Mymensingh station at 5am on Sunday.

After ending the rescue operation, the same train started for Dhaka again around 7:50am. But the vehicle again derailed when it reached the same area. The cows are being sent to Dhaka through alternative ways.

A probe committee has been formed to find out the reason behind the derailment, said railway police’s SI Dipak Chandra.
