Online Desk: A nine months’ pregnant woman died of dengue at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical College Hospital in Faridpur on Wednesday evening.
Deceased Ruma Bishwas, 26, was wife of Liton Ghosh. She hailed from Baliakandi upazila of Rajbari.
Liton Ghosh said after testing at a private clinic in Rajbari on Sunday (July 23), his wife became dengue positive. But she had been treating at home due to her pregnancy. As condition deteriorated, Ruma was admitted to Faridpur Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical College Hospital on Wednesday afternoon where she died at evening.
