In a condolence message today, the Head of State recalled the contributions of poet Asad Chowdhury to the Bengali literature, terming the death an irreparable loss to the nation as his writings are an invaluable asset of Bengali literature. The President prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
