The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: The High Court has summoned 21 lawyers for misbehaving and scolding Brahmanbaria Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 judge Mohammad Faruque and for creating chaos inside the courtroom on January 2. On Tuesday, the HC bench of Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Razik-Al-Jalil passed an order after holding a hearing of a petition. They were asked to explain their position apeparing before the High Court bench on January 21 next. Recently, there was an incident between a judge and lawyers inside Brahmanbaria Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1. A video of misbehaviour of the lawyers with the judge had spread through a social medium.

The video with a length of 3 minutes and 13 seconds showed that one Advocate Akkas Ali asked Brahmanbaria Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 judge Mohammad Faruque to stop the court proceedings entering the courtroom. When an altercation between the judge and Advocate Akkas Ali was going on over the matter, several lawyers including Brahamanbaria Bar Association president Advocate Md Tanvir Bhuiyan entered the courtroom and misbehaved with the judge. He also asked the judge to leave the courtroom. However, Advocate Tanvir Bhuiyan later claimed that he did not misbehave with the judge, rather the video was uploaded to a social medium after editing it.
