Sonia gives birth in metro rail station

The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: A woman has given birth to a baby boy at Agargaon station of metro rail. The incident happened around 9am on Thursday. Sonia along with her husband got into the metro rail from Uttara station to visit her doctor. Suddenly, she fell sick inside the metro rail when it reached the Agargaon station at 8:30am. Later, she gave birth to the child at the station with help of rover scout members and staffers. Sukanto Saha, husband of the woman, said they got into the metro rail to avoid jerking which was a risk for her wife during this period. Later, the mother and the new born were sent to a hospital in Dhanmondi from the station. They were doing well.
