Shahriar mourns untimely death of Maya’s son

Online Desk: State Minister for Foreign Affairs Md Shahriar Alam expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Sajedul Hossain Chowdhury Dipu, eldest son of Awami League Presidium member and former minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya.

In a condolence message, the state minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.

Dipu died of cardiac arrest this evening while undergoing treatment at the United Hospital in the capital. He was 53.
