Online Desk: Member of Parliament for Narayanganj-4, Shamin Osman, has said that some people aspire to emulate events like those in Palestine.

“They want to destabilize our country. They want to make our country like Gaza. Sheikh Hasina is steadfastly facing these challenges alone,” said Shamin Osman.

He urged everyone to stand against such attempts. Otherwise, “as in the past when we were under British rule for two hundred years, the country will fall into chaos again.”

Shamin Osman made these remarks at the Sahibpara Central Mosque in Siddhirganj before Friday prayers.

Later, he participated in a public gathering and stated, “I did not seek votes last time, and I will not seek votes again. I believe your knowledge surpasses mine. You know what is right and what is wrong.”

“I will continue to do my work, and Allah will decide. Even if all the people in the world are on my side, I can’t do anything if Allah is against me. My father and grandfather were both MPs.”

“We have embraced politics as a form of worship. We work for the people. If we work for the people, and Allah is pleased, you will also be pleased. A thousand crore taka worth of work has been done in this area. I haven’t done anything; we have done all this under Sheikh Hasina’s guidance, following Allah’s decree,” he added.
