The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: Chattogram Metropolitan Jubo Dal president Mosharraf Hossain Dipto and three others have been arrested from a hotel in Cumilla’s Bishwa Road. District Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested them from the hotel around 11:30pm. And, later, the four were handed over to Chattogram Kotwali thana police, said Cumilla Sadar South Police Station officer in-charge Debashish Chowdhury.

Other three–Abdur Rahman, Habibur Rahman and Arju–are also the BNP activists. Chattogram Metropolitan Police’s Additional Deputy Commissioner Nobel Chakma said, “Dipto is an accused in a case filed over attack on police personnel during BNP’s protest procession on January 16. He was trying to flee Dhaka from Chattogram. Getting information from Cumilla police, we are able to nab them. Dipto was brought to Chattogram and will be produce in the court today.”
