The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: The BNP today announced a four-day march programme in Dhaka to push for their 10-point demand, which includes holding the national election under a non-partisan government. The party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement at a press conference at the BNP headquarters in the capital’s Nayapaltan.
The party leaders will march on January 28, 30, 31 and February 1. Dhaka South City unit BNP will march from Jatrabari to Shyampur on January 30 and from Mugda to Malibagh on February 1.
Dhaka North city unit BNP will march from Shahjadpur to Abul Hotel on January 28 and from Gabtoli to Mirpur 10 intersection on January 31. Replying to a query, Fakhrul said, “BNP announced the programme and will discuss it with like-minded political parties, and if they want they can observe the same programme.”
