Online Desk: One killed and three others were injured as a private rammed into a roadside tea stall after its driver lost control over the steering on the Mongla-Khulna highway at Mongla upazila in Bagerhat district on Saturday evening. The deceased Bhuson Mandal, 52, was son of Pijus Kanti, a resident of Bhektmari village under Rampal upazila in the district.

Katakhali Highway Police Station sub-inspector Abdul Khalek said a Khulna bound private car rammed into a roadside tea stall after its driver lost control over the steering, leaving one dead and three others injured. Later, locals took the injured to Rampal Upazila Health Complex. Legal steps is under process in this regard, the SI added.
