4 killed as truck hits auto-rickshaw in Naogaon

Online Desk: Four passengers of an autorickshaw were killed after the vehicle being hit by a truck at Mohadevpur upazila in Naogaon district on Monday. The accident took place on the Naogaon-Rajshahi highway’s Chakgauri area in the afternoon. The identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
According to locals, a truck was heading towards Mohadevpur from Naogaon town. On the way, the truck rammed into an autorickshaw coming from the opposite direction in that area around 1:00 pm.
Four passengers of the auto-rickshaw died on the spot. Later, being informed, fire service personnel recovered the bodies. Mohadevpur Police Station officer-in-charge Mozaffar Hossain confirmed the matter.
