Online Desk: “Hera Pheri 3” has been causing quite the stir on the internet, ever since a photo from a promotional shoot for the upcoming film went viral. Recently, a source close to the project told Pinkvilla that the sequel would pick up right where “Phir Hear Pheri” left off.  Apart from the original cast, the film will also see Sanjay Dutt join the comedy film as a ‘gangster’.

Sanjay Dutt will be essaying the role of Ravi Kishan’s distant brother. Ravi was one of many characters in “Phir Hera Pheri” who were duped by Raju, Shyam, and Baburao. “Sanjay has entered the picture in a comic capacity to represent the crazy track involving Ravi Kishan and Sharat Saxena,” the source added.

Fans have been eagerly waiting to find out what happens to the guns, so the opening scene of “Hera Pheri 3” will start where the final scene of “Phir Hera Pheri” concludes.  “From there, the story will take a leap and take the three main characters on an international ride of guns and mafia,” revealed the source.

“Hera Pheri 3” will be directed by Farhad Samji and stars Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal. The film is scheduled to begin production in June 2023.
