Online Desk: Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has declared Shirin Mansion, a three-storey building, partially collapsed due to an explosion at Dhaka’s Science Lab area on Sunday, as risky. Authorities of the city corporation put a banner on the building declaring it as risky.

On Monday morning, members of Fire Service and Civil Defence, Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit of Police have visited the building. It was seen that police members were deployed in the explosion site to ensure the security. Newmarket Police Station Officer-in-Charge Shafiqul Islam said, “No case has been registered in this incident yet. However, the case is under process.”

At least three people died and more than 50 were injured when Shirin Mansion, a three-storey building, partially collapsed due to an “explosion that triggered a fire” at Dhaka’s Science Lab area on Sunday.
