Online Desk: Many celebrities are coming forward and buying burnt clothes to help raise money for victims of Bangabazar fire. Noted actor Siam Ahmed has also come forward to help raise money for the cause.

This new initiative was started by Bidyanondo, to gather funds in order to aid the Bangabazar fire victims. The actor posted the news on his Facebook page.

“Many businessmen have been affected severely by the terrible fire in Bangabazar. As always,Bidyanondo has come forward to help them at such a crucial moment. I have brought a burnt dress and done my contribution. Please come forward and help these victims of this massive tragedy. Let us unite Bangladesh and help the sellers as much as we can,” read his post.

Apart from Siam, noted actors including Apurba, Bidya Sinha Mim,Bubly, Tahsan, Sabila Nur, among others. Bidyanondo wants to raise at least BDT 1.5 crores so that they can hand over the money to the Bangabazar fire victims.
