Online Desk: Motorcycle riders will be allowed to ride their vehicles on the highways, except Padma Bridge, during Eid-ul-Fitr.
Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader disclosed this to media on Sunday after a meeting ahead of the Eid-ul-Fitr at BRTA headquarters.
Earlier, the authorities banned motorcycle movement on the highways before Eid-ul-Azha to avert accidents.
