Online Desk: The High Court on Monday ordered the ACC to probe allegation against Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) officials including its president Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin after FIFA imposed a sanction last month.
An HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Khizir Hayat passed the inquiry order following a writ filed earlier.
Two other officials are vice-president and finance committee chairman Abdus Salam Murshedy and former general secretary Abu Nayeem Shohag.
Syed Sayedul Haque Suman, a Supreme Court lawyer, was at the court on behalf of the petitioner, senior lawyer Adv Md Khurshid Alam Khan was on behalf of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). Deputy attorney general Saifuddin Khaled represented the state.
