RCC polls: Voting halted at one centre due to EVM glitch

The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: Voting at a centre under ward no 31 of Rangpur City Corporation (RCC) has been halted for one-and-a-half-hour due to technical glitch in electronic voting machines (EVMs).

It was known that polling remain stopped at Nazir Dighar High School centre due to technical problems in the EVMs. However, no election officer has visited the centre yet. Meanwhile, many voters are leaving the center with anger after coming to cast vote.
An election official said they are going to the centre to take necessary measures and fix the machines.
