Two police constables die of dengue

Online Desk: Two members of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have died of dengue fever. Besides, more than half a hundred members of DMP are undergoing treatment at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital and Dhaka Medical College Hospital with dengue.

The deceased constables are Rassel Shikder of Hazaribag Police Station and Ayesha Akter of Gendaria Police Station.

Confirming the death news, DMP’s additional commissioner A K M Hafiz Akter said the two police constables died in the last week while undergoing treatment. And more than half a hundred members are receiving treatment at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital and Dhaka Medical College Hospital as they have been suffering from dengue fever.
