Online Desk: IFIC Bank, the country’s largest banking network, has launched the “Blanket Distribution Programme 2023-2024” to support the underprivileged across the nation.

This initiative spans more than 1350 branches and sub-branches of IFIC Bank throughout the country, according to a press release.

On Thursday, the inauguration ceremony for the blanket distribution programme was held at the IFIC Bank head office premises in Dhaka at 11:30 AM.

The programme was officially inaugurated by Shah Alam Sarwar, managing director and chief executive officer of IFIC Bank, and renowned actor Ramendu Majumdar.

The event was also attended by the deputy managing directors and other senior officials of IFIC Bank.

The blankets were distributed to hundreds of cold-affected people in need during the program.

Moreover, as part of its commitment to CSR, a total of 100,000 blankets were contributed to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund on behalf of IFIC Bank this year.
