Online Desk: Fortune Barishal posted a challenging total of 186 runs before Durdanto Dhaka in the 31th game of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Wednesday.

Earlier, Fortune Barishal have won the toss and opted to bat.

After choosing bat, Tamim and Shehzad were off to a sedate start but the openers smacked Arafat for 21 in an over to ensure a good powerplay. He went on to make his first fifty of the season but his partner perished after a struggle.

While Tamim was going pretty well, the others didn’t convert, thanks to some good teasing bowling from Alauddin Babu.

Meanwhile, Taskin bowled a very good penultimate over but Shoriful gave momentum to the batting side as Saifuddin signed off on a high.

On the other hand, Durdanto Dhaka’s bowler Arafat Babu did an excellent four overs spell taking three wickets spending only 30 runs while Taskin and Shoriful took two and maiden wickets respectively.
