However, during a rush season like Eid, the platform introduces a reserve ticket system which adds to the cost. Additionally, there’s a 10% ticket cancellation fee for selected bus operators. Bus BD uses the SSLCommerz gateway to support bank, card, and MFS payments for the tickets.

BD Tickets 

BD Ticket is an all-in-one portal that also works as a booking site under Robi Axiata Limited. Unlike Bus BD, BD Tickets offers tickets for buses, planes, launches, and hotels. Users can book from their website or the app available for both Android and Apple users.

The web and app interface show search options for all three modes. However, users would have to call their hotline number to confirm air and launch tickets as the interface is still in the development stage.
