CTTC SI KM Abdullahill Maruf on October 15, 2022, filed the case against Pinaki and two others with Ramna Police Station.
CTTC SI Mohammad Rahat Hossain, also the investigation officer of the case, submitted the chargesheet to a Dhaka court on March 7, but the information was revealed today.
The investigation officer said the case has now been transferred to Dhaka’s Cyber Tribunal for trial.
As Pinaki Bhattacharya is absconding, a request was also filed to issue an arrest warrant against him.
