Okayama University of Science, a distinguished private institution specialising in science and engineering education since its inception in 1964 in Okayama, Japan, has officially commenced operations in Bangladesh.
The announcement came at a programme held at Jatiya Press Club auditorium in the capital on Thursday.
Naoto Tomioka, Vice President of Okayama University of Science, and Masahiro Ikeda, Planning Division Manager, were present at the conference.
They presented the university’s vision for supporting Bangladeshi students, outlining a curriculum designed to enhance career readiness through expert mentorship.
The university also detailed opportunities for students to pursue education in Japan and establish careers there through this programme.
Bhalojob.com, appointed as the local partner and representative of Okayama University of Science in Bangladesh, played a pivotal role in facilitating this collaboration.
Established in 2019, Bhalojob.com has been actively involved in promoting initiatives such as TITP, SSW, IT, and assisting international students with visas, demonstrating a strong track record in facilitating educational opportunities between Bangladesh and Japan.
