Online Desk : BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital early Monday as her health condition suddenly deteriorated. BNP media cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan said, “The BNP chief suddenly fell ill at an early hours and taken to the hospital immediately. And after reaching there, she was hospitalised.” Earlier, the BNP chairperson left her Gulshan residence for the hospital around 4:20am by an ambulance . On July 2, she left the Evercare Hospital after receiving two-day treatment there. At that time, a pacemaker was implanted in the BNP chairperson’s heart.

The 79-year-old Khaleda Zia is suffering from arthritis and various complications of the heart, lungs, liver and kidney as well as diabetes.
