Online Desk : Adviser to the Ministry of Shipping, Brigadier General (retd) M. Sakhawat Hossain, has said that those who come to power in the future will learn from the past, reports UNB. The adviser made the remarks during his visit to the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mustofa Kamal Launch Ghat in Daulat Khan, Bhola, on Friday.
The adviser expressed hope that the previous dictatorial government acted with impunity, and emphasised that such actions should not be repeated in the future. “I hope that future government leaders will learn the lesson of the consequences of wrongdoing. If they do not, I cannot predict what will happen, but as long as we are here, anarchy will not prevail,” he added.
