Fire at Dhaka’s Mouchak Tower brought under control

Online Desk: A fire at Dhaka’s Mouchak Tower was brought under control around 40 minutes after it broke out. Rashed bin Khaled, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarter, said four firefighting units brought the blaze under control around 12:15pm.

The fire broke out around 11:35am on the sixth floor of Mouchak Tower, he said. The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
