DIG Dhaka Range Rezaul Karim Mallik said that the national memorial has been prepared with the love and respect of those sun children of the nation whose blood has been won by the nation.The DIG said these things to reporters when he visited the National Memorial on the occasion of Great Victory Day at 11 am on Saturday (December 13).
At this time, he also said that about 4,000 members of the law and order forces will be engaged in uniforms and white clothes to protect the overall safety of the people. Also, we have taken care of traffic arrangements on the Dhaka-Aricha highway from Amin Bazar to the memorial. From today till December 16, the members of law and order forces will be engaged in uniform and plain clothes. They will work in all kinds of security.
Superintendent of Police of Dhaka District Mizanur Rahman told reporters, on behalf of the Dhaka District Police, His Excellency the President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh at Savar National Memorial on the Great Victory Day on December 16, the President, Chief Advisor, Advisory Council, foreign diplomats.
Important persons of the state, freedom fighters, various political leaders including various communities and general public will visit the Savar Memorial to pay their respects to those who sacrificed their lives in our freedom struggle on that day. For their overall security, we have ensured four levels of security on behalf of the district police.
