Online Desk : Prime Minister Tarique Rahman visited Dhaka University for the second time since taking office and attended a special program titled “Youth, Startups and Potential Bangladesh.” He arrived at the university campus at 10am on Tuesday, where Chhatra Dal leaders and activists held a procession to welcome him. Students also greeted the prime minister by waving their hands.
The program began at the Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban with the recitation of religious scriptures and the national anthem. Earlier, on May 12, Tarique Rahman attended a day-long workshop titled “Transforming Higher Education in Bangladesh: Roadmap to Sustainable Excellence” at Dhaka University, organised by the Bangladesh University Grants Commission.
