BCL attack on JCD at Dhaka University, 3 injured

Online Desk: Leaders and activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) came under attack by Chhatra League in front of High Court intersection, JCD alleged.
The incident happened while the JCD men were welcoming Dhaka University’s admission seekers with flowers. Three of them were injured in the attack.
DU Chhatra Dal president Khorshed Alam Sohel said, “BCL men attacked us while we were welcoming the admission seekers with flowers. Three of our party men were injured.”
Denying the allegation, DU general secretary Tanvir Hasan Shaikat said, “We set up 18 booths to help the admission seekers. We also provided water and bike services.”
