Online Desk: The BNP has got Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s permission to hold its scheduled road march on July 18 and 19 and a rally at Nayapaltan office on July 22.

Publicity Secretary Shaheed Uddin Chowdhury Annie came up with the announcement after holding talks with the Dhaka Metropolitan Commissioner at the DMP headquarters in Dhaka on Sunday (July 16). “We have informed them (police officials) about our programme and asked for their cooperation. Responding to a question about loudspeakers, the BNP leader said, “They said to continue the publicity through social media, distributing leaflets, instead of loudspeakers.”
