Dengue fever: 1 dead, 11 hospitalised in 24 hours

The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: At least one dengue patient died and 11 were hospitalised across the country in the last 24 hours till this morning. With the new death, the total number of deaths rose to six this year. The total number of dengue cases stands at 466, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Some 74 dengue patients are still undergoing treatment of which 37 are from outside Dhaka. A total of 386 dengue patients were released from hospitals of which 201 from outside Dhaka. The total number of deaths in dengue was 281 last year while the total number of cases was 62,382, of which 23,162 were from outside Dhaka.
