No bar to hold DUCSU polls on 9 September : Appellate Division

The Appellate Division has ordered that the DUCSU elections will be held on September 9. Earlier, the Chamber Judge Court of the Appellate Division upheld the stay order on the High Court order suspending the DUCSU elections. Chamber Judge Justice Farah Mahbub passed the order on Tuesday following an application filed by the Dhaka University authorities seeking a stay on the High Court order.
