Online Desk : Islami Andolan Bangladesh Ameer Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim (Charmonai Pir) said, “The Islami Andolan is no longer alone, they (a specific party) have become alone. We love the country. And they hold secret meetings with America in the name of loving this country.” He said this while speaking as the chief guest at the election rally of party candidate KM Billal Hossain for Munshiganj-2 constituency at Sonarang Amtali Madrasa ground in Tongibari upazila of Munshiganj on Saturday afternoon.
Charmonai Pir said, “After the July mass uprising, a class of power-hungry people started dreaming of coming to power alone. We were walking with a simple mind. They created a web of various conspiracies there through making plot. Those who conspired by putting up Islamic signboards will not run the country according to Sharia law. They have separated from Islam. People who love Islam have left them and joined us. They have become alone.”
He also said, “The other Islamic parties that were with us did not field candidates for the seats of their notable leaders. But the Islami Andolon Bangladesh fielded candidates for every seat. That is, they blocked them and threw us out.” At this time, he sought votes for the nominated candidate of the Islami Andolon Bangladesh KM Billal Hossain.
