245 proposals to be discussed in DC conference from Jan 24

Of the proposals, the highest 23 were for the health ministry followed by 23 proposals for land ministry and 13 for the water resources ministry. The DCs placed 242 proposals in the last year’s conference, of which 177 were implemented, the cabinet secretary told journalists.
