5 killed as bus, three-wheeler collide in Faridpur

According to police and local sources, a Dhaka-bound bus of Mizan Paribahan and a three-wheeler heading towards Tekerhat collided head-on, killing four passengers of the three-wheeler on the spot. Three others sustained critical injuries, and one of them died on the way to the hospital.

Confirming the incident to Jago News, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhanga Highway Police Station Md Rakibuzzaman said, “Police were dispatched to the scene upon receiving the news. The collision occurred between a passenger bus and a three-wheeler. However, the bus fled the scene. Further details will be shared later.”
