Online Desk: The opposition Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will hold mass procession with black flags in all metropolitan cities on Saturday to press home their one-point demand of the resignation of the current Awami League government and forming a neutral and non-partisan caretaker government for free and fair election.
BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the programmes at a press conference at the party’s Naya Paltan central office at 8pm on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, BNP and other like-minded opposition parties will bring out mass processions with black flags in the capital on Friday.
Earlier on August 18 (Friday last) the BNP and like-minded parties brought mass processions in all metropolitan cities, including in the capital, to force the government to accept their one-point demand.
