Sheehan, recently former President of the International Lions Club and Chairman of the International Lions Foundation visited the activities of the Lions Eye and General Hospital managed by the Bangladesh Lions Foundation. At that time, the top leadership of International Lions Club including 1st Vice President A. Fabricio Oliveira, and 2nd Vice President A. P. Singh were present.Today Thursday (December 14) a special welcome meeting was organized on the occasion of visiting the Bangladesh Lions Foundation and Hospital at Agargaon in the capital. The meeting was chaired by the Honorable Chairman of Bangladesh Lions Foundation Lion A.K.M. Rezaul HaqueFormer International Director Kazi Akramuddin Ahmed, Former International Director Sheikh Kabir Hossain, Former International Director Moslem Ali Khan, Al Hajjab Lion Khan Aktaruzzaman MJF, President – Lions Club of Dhaka Capital Garden and Life Member – Bangla Academy were present as guests. Many Lions leaders at international and national level including ID indorsee Nazmul Haque.In the meeting, the speakers praised the Lions Foundation after visiting the hospital on site. In the meeting, the speakers expressed their gratitude to all of the Lions Foundation for the special role of the Lions Eye and General Hospital, the Lions Institute as a post-graduate ophthalmology educational institution run by the Lions Foundation in the service of humanity and expressed the hope that the Bangladesh Lions Foundation will soon be marked as a milestone in the world Lions arena. All the speakers in the meeting wished the future prosperity and success of Lions Foundation.
