College student killed in Dhaka road accident

The accident happened at about 3am in front of Better Life Hospital when deceased Pulock Gomez, 21, alongwith his friend were returning home in Norda from old Dhaka. They went to old Dhaka to have some foods.

Critically injured Pulock and his friend Hasan were first taken to a private hospital. Later, Pulock was shifted to the emergency department of Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) following deterioration of his condition. He was declared dead there by the on-duty doctors after some tests, said Ronny, Pulock’s brother-in-law.

Hasan is undergoing treatment at the private hospital. Pulock was a student of Martin Luther College. The body was kept at the DMCH morgue.
