Dengue: Death now 1,246 as 20 more patients die in a day

Online Desk: Twenty more dengue patients died in the country in the last 24 hours, raising the death toll from this mosquito-borne disease to 1,246 this year.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) some 1,889 were hospitalized with the viral fever during the period.
It said, some 8,114 people diagnosed with the fever are taking treatment at different government and private hospitals across the country.
As many as 2,52,990 dengue patients were admitted to hospitals across the country since January
