Depression over Bay intensifies into deep depression, cyclone forecast

Online Desk : The low-pressure system over the southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining Sri Lanka coast has intensified into a deep depression, according to Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD).
It may turn into a cyclone by the evening, said Met office’s latest bulletin. Four maritime ports have been advised to keep hoisted distant cautionary signal No 1.
