On Wednesday, the HC bench of Justice JBM Hassan and Justice Razik-Al-Jalil passed an order following an allegation of the judge.

On November 28, last year, there was an incident between a judge and lawyers inside Nilphamari Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal-1 over a judgment. Regarding the issue, Judge Md Golam Sarwar sent a letter to the regitrar general of the Supreme Court on November 29.
