Online Desk : BNP Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas said if elections have to be held, it must be held by December. And if they don’t want to hold elections, then it’s Dr. Yunus’s responsibility. He said this after paying tribute to martyred President Ziaur Rahman at his tomb on Friday on his 44th martyrdom anniversary.
He said, “Dr. Yunus, while staying in abroad, said – a party wants elections. We want to say, one person doesn’t want elections; he is Dr. Muhammad Yunus. He doesn’t want elections.”
Mirza Abbas said, “BNP has wanted elections by this December. And Yunus himself said about this December. We didn’t say. Later, he shifted and left in June.
