The Greater Kushtia Officers’ Welfare Forum, Dhaka, is composed of officers originating from the three districts of Kushtia, Meherpur, and Chuadanga. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Md. Moniruzzaman, Secretary General of the Greater Kushtia Officers’ Welfare Forum and Additional Secretary (Grade-1, PRL).

The ceremony was presided over by Dr. K. M. Kabirul Islam, President of the Greater Kushtia Officers’ Welfare Forum and Secretary, Technical and Madrasa Education Division, Ministry of Education. The Presidents of Meherpur and Chuadanga district chapters, along with many other distinguished personalities, also delivered their remarks during the event. The primary purpose of this inauguration ceremony was to formally honor and welcome the newly elected Executive Committee and Advisory Council. Objectives of the Greater Kushtia Officers’ Welfare Forum

The Greater Kushtia Officers’ Welfare Forum is a non-political, voluntary, and welfare-oriented organization consisting of government and non-government officers hailing from Kushtia, Meherpur, and Chuadanga districts. Its goals and objectives are as follows :

1. To strengthen fraternity and networking – fostering mutual harmony and strong relationships among officers from Greater Kushtia.

2. To ensure welfare and mutual cooperation – creating opportunities and support systems for members and their families.

3. To encourage social responsibility and development – contributing to education, culture, humanitarian, and welfare-oriented activities.

4. To recognize distinguished members and create opportunities for professional development.

5. To build bridges between officers and society – so that the heritage and values of Greater Kushtia are reflected.

The Forum firmly believes that through unity, cooperation, and sincerity, officers from Greater Kushtia will be able to make significant contributions to professional excellence and social welfare at the national level.
