Rohingya boy found dead in Ukhiya camp

Online Desk: Armed Battalion Police (APBn) recovered the throat-slit body of Rohingya boy from a ditch in Ukhiya camp of Cox’s Bazar early Saturday.
Sheikh Muhammad Ali, officer-in-charge of Ukhiya police station, said the deceased was Md Mujib, 17, son of Obaidul Haque of West Block in Camp No-8 of Ukhiya.
He locals spotted the body and informed Rohingya Majhi ( a community leader). Later, he informed the Armed Battalion Police (APBn) in the camp, the official said .
He said the reason behind the killing could not be known immediately. The body was sent to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC said.
