Humayun Kabir, who brought the injured to the hospital, said, “I heard the sound of an explosion at night and found that my sister-in-law Sabina, who is a readymade garment worker, and some others lying on the ground. They were then rushed to the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.
