Swechchhasebak League leader among 5 sued in Gulshan shooting incident

The Daily Morning Voice Online Desk: Swechchhasebak League leader Mintu and four others have been sued in a case filed over the shooting incident on the Gloria Jean’s Coffees premises at Gulshan-1 in the capital that left two persons injured. Victim Aminul Islam filed the case with Gulshan Police Station, said its SI Md Shakir on Monday.
Arrested–Wahidul Islam Mintu, vice-president of Dhaka North City Swechchhasebak League, Arif Hossain and Monir Hossain–will be produced in court, while police drive is on to nab the rest two Humayun and Shariful. On Sunday, Wahidul Islam Mintu opened fire on the Gloria Jean’s Coffees premises in a bid to take away one of his acquaintances who tried to leave the place without paying Tk 75,000 after sending the amount from a mobile financial service provider. He was arrested for shooting incident.
