Online Desk : The fire that broke out at densely populated Sattala slum in Dhaka’s Mohakhali has been brought under control. The fire was brought under control around 3:18pm on Wednesday, August 20, said Lima Khanam, duty officer at the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
The fire was reported at 2:37pm and later, seven firefighting units rushed to the scene and doused the blaze. However, the origin of the fire and the extent of damages could not be known immediately.
