No legal bar to walk out Child speaker Rafiqul from jail

Online Desk: The High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Child speaker Rafiqul Islam Madani in two separate cases filed under Digital Security Act (DSA). Now, he has no legal bar to walk out from jail. The cases were filed in Dhaka and Gazipur.
HC bench of Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Md Aminul Islam granted the bail to Rafiqul Islam on a condition not to deliver an anti-state and provocative statement in any waz mahfil.
Madani’s lawyer Ashraf Ali Mollah said the court passed the order after dismissing four cases filed with Tejgaon, Motijheel and Gazipur’s Bashon and Gachha police stations.
