Petrol pumps to remain shut from Sunday

Online Desk: Petrol pump owners have called a strike across the country from Sunday (September 3) as their three-point demands were not implemented.
Earlier at a press conference, the organisation has announced the suspension of fuel oil transportation from September 3. After that, the owners’ association met State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid. But no satisfactory solution was found.
For this, they will stop providing oil at the all the petrol pumps till their demands are met. Their demands includes: to fix fuel oil sales commission at 7.50 per cent, publish in gazette that petrol pump dealers are commission agents.
