Online Desk : The final announcement on the seat-sharing agreement among 11 political parties, including Jamaat-e-Islami, for the upcoming parliamentary elections has been postponed due to “unavoidable reasons.” The press conference was scheduled to be held at 4:30 pm on Wednesday at Muktijoddha Hall (second floor) of the Diploma Engineers Institution in the capital. Jamaat-e-Islami Assistant Secretary General and coordinator of the 11-party seat-sharing alliance, Dr. Hamidur Rahman Azad, confirmed the postponement. He said the press conference announced by the 11 parties for Wednesday afternoon had been deferred due to unavoidable circumstances.
